Biography
Dr. Palmer has more than 18 years' experience in community and academic hospitals and health care systems including over ten years as director of hematology laboratories for the second largest healthcare system in Southeast Wisconsin, and medical director at the largest cancer focused reference laboratory in the country, Neogenomics. He has spent many years in hospital functions as member of various hospital committees. Dr. Palmer also holds an MBA degree in Healthcare Management at Loyola University in Chicago. He was also formerly Chief of Pathology at Fresno VA Medical Center.
